01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Quickeee Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

If you are using our services on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. Your organisation will be jointly and severally liable for any breach.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email and in-app notification. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02Our Services

Quickeee operates a quick-commerce fashion delivery platform that enables users to discover, browse, and purchase fashion products from curated brand partners, with delivery targeted within 60 minutes in serviceable areas.

Our services include:

• A curated marketplace of fashion apparel, footwear, accessories, and lifestyle products
• An AI-powered personal styling assistant
• Hyperlocal inventory management and rapid order fulfilment
• Real-time order tracking and delivery coordination
• Customer support, returns processing, and after-sales service

We act as a marketplace and logistics intermediary. While we curate brands and quality-check listings, products are ultimately sourced from our brand partners. Our 60-minute delivery commitment applies to serviceable pin codes during operational hours and is subject to order complexity, weather, and other factors beyond our control.

03User Accounts

To use most features of our platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and not share account credentials
• Notify us immediately at support@quickeee.in of any unauthorised account access
• Accept responsibility for all activity conducted through your account
• Use the platform only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. We reserve the right to verify your identity and may suspend accounts where information is found to be inaccurate or misleading.

One account per person is permitted. Creating duplicate or fraudulent accounts may result in permanent suspension.

04Orders & Delivery

Order placement: An order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation notification. Prices and product availability are subject to change until this confirmation is issued.

Delivery commitment: We target delivery within 60 minutes for in-stock items in serviceable areas. This is an aspiration, not a guarantee. Delivery times may vary due to:

• High order volumes or peak periods
• Adverse weather, traffic, or other force majeure events
• Incorrect or inaccessible delivery addresses
• Items requiring special handling or packaging
• Public holidays or partner brand closures

Failed deliveries: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to your unavailability, we will make one additional attempt. Thereafter, the order may be cancelled and a refund issued per our refund policy.

05Payments & Pricing

All prices on the platform are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.

• Payment methods: UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, digital wallets, and cash on delivery (where available)
• Payment security: All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your full card details
• Failed payments: If a payment fails, your order will not be confirmed. Please check your bank statement before retrying
• Dynamic pricing: Prices may fluctuate based on brand partner policies, surge conditions, or promotional periods
• Delivery charges: Delivery fees, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation
• Promotional codes: Discount codes are subject to their own terms and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

06Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you receive. Our return policy is designed to be simple and fair:

• Eligible returns: Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, with original tags intact, and in original packaging
• Non-returnable items: Innerwear, swimwear, perfumes, beauty products, and custom or altered items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons
• Defective items: Items that arrive damaged or defective may be returned at any time within 30 days
• Size exchanges: Subject to availability; if the requested size is unavailable, a full refund will be processed
• Refund timeline: Approved refunds are credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
• Reverse logistics: We will arrange pickup for eligible returns at no cost to you within serviceable areas

07User Conduct

You agree not to use our platform to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Engage in fraudulent activity, including using false identities or stolen payment methods
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, databases, or user accounts
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our platform without express written permission
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews or content
• Resell products purchased on our platform without our prior written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward our staff or other users

08Intellectual Property

All content on the Quickeee platform, including but not limited to our logo, name, trademarks, design elements, software, text, images, and the "Quickeee" brand identity, are the exclusive property of Quickeee Private Limited or our licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from our platform without our prior written consent.

Brand logos and trademarks displayed on our platform belong to their respective owners. Their presence does not imply endorsement of Quickeee or any affiliation beyond an authorised seller relationship.

09Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

• Quickeee's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of our services
• We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products listed by brand partners

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship:

• By you: You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Pending orders will be fulfilled or cancelled with a refund
• By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or our platform

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, disputes, and governing law shall survive termination.

11Disputes

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact our support team first at support@quickeee.in. We aim to resolve all disputes within 15 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Mumbai in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in courts of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

12Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Subject to the arbitration clause above, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra for any dispute that is not subject to arbitration.
