Quickeee Private Limited ("Quickeee", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your data when you use the Quickeee platform, including our mobile application and website.

By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the practices described herein. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

Quickeee operates as a quick-commerce fashion delivery platform based in Mumbai, India. We are subject to the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

02Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

Information you provide directly:

  • Full name, email address, phone number, and date of birth when you create an account
  • Delivery addresses, including saved addresses and real-time location during active deliveries
  • Payment information, processed securely via our payment partners (we do not store full card details)
  • Style preferences, size information, and wishlist data you input voluntarily
  • Communications with our customer support team
  • Reviews, ratings, and other user-generated content

Information collected automatically:

  • Device identifiers, IP address, browser type, and operating system
  • App usage data including screens visited, time spent, and features used
  • Transaction history, including items browsed, added to cart, and purchased

  • Transaction records: Retained for 7 years in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013 and tax regulations
  • Marketing data: Retained until you withdraw consent or request deletion
  • Support communications: Retained for up to 2 years from the date of resolution

Upon deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable law, you have the following rights:

  • Right to correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data

  • Right to grievance redressal: Lodge a complaint with our Data Protection Officer or the Data Protection Board of India
  • Right to nominate: Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity

  • Displaying a prominent notice in the app
  • Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page

Continued use of our services after the effective date of a revised policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
